We anticipate a week of great lacrosse action, and new friendships formed as our athletes compete for the right to call themselves Canadian Champions. First of all, we would like to recognize the City of Etobicoke Parks and Recreation Department who have supported us fully in our bid to host this tournament. Without their support, it would not have been possible. Second, we would like to thank the many sponsors, who generously donated to the tournament to make this event a succes . To the many volunteers, some of those who took time off work to run the various venues, we cannot express our heartfelt thanks. To the teams, some traveling a great distance, we thank-you for your efforts in raising the funds to attend, and we hope our week in Etobicoke is one you will not soon forget. And fmally to our community, who have supported our club, and embraced this event. We hope you take the time to watch some games and see what the community of lacrosse has to offer.
