Tribunal findings (a) Disposable glass culture tubes originating in the United States On 17 July 1973, the Tribunal made a finding of injury with respect to disposable glass culture tubes. (b) Panel adhesive originating in the United States On 14 August 1973, the Tribunal made a finding of no injury concerning panel adhesive of United States origin. (c) Caulking and sealing compounds from the United States. On 14 August 1973, the Tribunal made a finding of injury with regard to caulking and sealing compounds. COM.AD/28/Add.1 Page 5 2. Final determinations (a) Disposable glass culture tubes originating in the UnitedStates. On 29 August 1973, the Deputy Minister made a final determination. 3. Cases initiated (a) Green olives, packed in glass, originating in Spain. (Initiated 19 July 1973.) (b) Slide fasteners, or zippers, consisting of a pair of tapes, each with a series of interlocking elements on one edge, a slider for engaging or disengaging the interlocking elements by movement along the interlocking elements, and stops for limiting the travel of the slider at either end of the interlocking elements, and parts thereof, manufactured by Yoshida Kogyo KK, Tokyo, Japan. SWEDEN During the reference period 1 July 1972-30 June 1973 no amendments have been made in the implementation of the Royal Ordinance No. 274 of 1969 and no anti-dumping duty has been levied..
