They started the competition seeded 14th. After 5 games over the course of the weekend they managed to take out 12th place out of 34 teams from all over New Zealand. Students enjoy having a range of international students within the school. Jason Gage-Brown bid farewell to our guests and thanked them for their contribution to the school. Two of the Ikubunkan students spoke very well and thanked the Matamata College community for hosting their group. On Friday 2 August Year 12 and 13 Tourism classes enjoyed an excellent visit to Rotorua.
