Under sub-sections (1) (2) and (3) of Section 3-W of the Tamil Nadu District Municipalities Act 1920 (Tamil Nadu Act of V of 1920) and read with Sub-rules (1) (2) and (3) of Rule 4. Section 4-A and Section 5 of the Tamil Nadu Town Panchayats, Third Grade Municipalities, Municipalities and Corporations (Delimitation of Wards or Divisions and Reservations) Rules, 1996 and as authorized by the Government as per the Notifi cations issued vide G.O.
