The set-up fee or 50% deposit is required to hold the date and time requested. Cancellations can be made 5 days in advance for a full refund of this fee. Any cancellations made after this are non-refundable. Per guests fees can be pre-paid or paid at the time of the event. 15% gratuity is automatically added to any event scheduled on Friday or Saturday.
