ADOPTION OF MINUTES It was MOVED by Rob Perkins (Creemore Sr.), THAT the Minutes of the Meeting of the League Monday, May 27, 2013 be adopted as printed, SECONDED by Tony Gemmiti (Bolton ‘B’), CARRIED. 3. REPORTS AND CORRESPONDENCE (a) Treasurer’s Report Treasurer Gowan requested OBA fees for teams going OBA and Awards Event fees be paid to him as soon as possible. 5. (b) Junior All-Star Game The format for the junior game will be 18 man teams with 3 players of each team on each all-star team. Secretary Anderson asked teams to inform him of any player changes to the senior and junior teams for updates on the website. The 2013 All-Star Game logo was presented and designed by David Anderson. T- shirts with the screened All-Star Game logo will be provided to each player and coach. Programmes will also be published for the day. The senior game will start at 1:00 p.m. and the junior game will start at 4:00 p.m. The games will be nine innings in length. 6. ANNOUNCEMENTS (a) The League was updated as to which OBA classifications teams declared. All teams remain in same classification other than Ivy who has applied for “A”. Teams also discussed issues with player releases especially with Junior teams (b) Statistician Kinghan requested make-up dates for any rained out or cancelled games as soon as possible. 7. DATE OF NEXT MEETING The next Meeting of the League shall be Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at Lisle Community Hall. The Junior Division will hold a special meeting to discuss junior division playoffs on Monday, July 22, 2013 at Lisle Community Hall. 8.
