You asked the following: With regard to Assembly Member for Llanelli Mr Lee Waters, has submitted fuel expenses claims totalling £12,466.10, what date are these expenses for EG 2020-2021 and provide the exact date and destination of each journey claimed by Mr Waters? I can confirm that Welsh Government does not hold information on Members of the Senedd – this would need to be requested directly from Senedd Cymru via [email protected]) With your agreement I would be happy to transfer your request to Senedd Cymru for that organisation to consider your questions. However, if I do not hear from you by Wednesday 26th May, Welsh Government will take no further action on your request. With regard to your final question as to what fuel allowance are ministers allowed to claim per mile, Welsh Government Ministers are able to claim 45p per mile. Any information on the allowance paid to Members of the Senedd would again need to be requested from that organisation.
