Buiawin; NOW THEREFORE: Be it RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Misamis Occidental to APPROVE, as it hereby APPROVES, the Ordinance No. 003-2010 of the Sangguniang Bayan of Sapang Daiaga, as afore-stated in the title of this Resolution"; RESOLVED FURTHER, that this approval is subject to the accounting and auditing rules and compliance of the conditions contained in the review letter of the Provincial Budget Officer, the said review letter is made an integral part hereof; RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this Resolution be furnished to the Honorable Herminia M. Ramiro and the Provincial Budget Officer, for information; the Local Chief Executive, Sanggunian and Municipal Budget Officer, all of the LGU of Sapang Dalaga, for their information and guidance.
