Fridays @ 6AM Beginning October 4 Wai Lana, the world's most-watched yoga teacher, makes the ancient art of yoga an easy, effective, and life-enhancing experience. Mondays @ 6AM Beginning October 7 Sarah gently guides viewers through a modified yoga practice using a chair for support. Charlotte Riley (Peaky Blinders) and Ben Chaplin (Apple Tree Yard) star, alongside Priyanga Burford (King Charles III) and David Suchet (Poirot). 2 Mondays & Tuesdays @ 8PM Beginning October 7 In today’s 24-hour news cycle, with breaking headlines, all-news networks and online outlets constantly competing for attention, Retro Report on PBS aims to widen the discussion, revealing the story behind the story, providing new insights into how today’s events have been shaped by the past. Each episode will explore four distinct stories, closing with “Now It All Makes Sense,” a special segment featuring the wit and wisdom of author and comedian Andy Borowitz. Tuesdays @ 7PM Today’s most compelling personalities discover the surprising stories buried within Beginning October 8 their own family histories in the sixth season of this critically acclaimed PBS series. The new season begins with Isabella Rossellini, Anjelica Huston, Mia Farrow, Melissa McCarthy and Eric Stonestreet. Season Six’s extended broadcast lineup will span from Fall 2019 through Fall 2020. The Fall 2019 season will premiere with two new episodes followed by five encore presentations of the series. Season Six will return in early 2020 with eight weeks of new episodes featuring both new guests and re-mixed thematic combinations of former participants’ stories.
