Although we are taking an increasingly active lead in the development of UK motor sport through initiatives such as Go Motorsport, the MSA Academy and our revolutionary new coaching qualification, at our core we remain an administrator and regulator, aiming to provide competition that is as fair and as safe as reasonably possible. This is what the Blue Book and its comprehensive set of General Regulations seek to achieve. They are the framework for the most diverse domestic motor sport scene anywhere in the world; indeed many elements of this publication – the ‘Bible’ of British motor sport – have been adopted in other countries across the globe.
