This bill, relating to the transference of certain Guardians of Lick Creek territory from one groundwater conservation district to another, Kendall County Well Owners Association would undermine groundwater regulation and benefit one large Kinney County Ground Zero landowner who may be seeking to market a large volume of water Leon Springs Business Association from the Trinity Aquifer in the Texas Hill Country. Medina County Environmental Action Association This bill is bad public policy, allowing a landowner to choose what Native Plant Society of Texas – SA groundwater district they want to be under and interfering with Northwest Interstate Coalition of the ability of groundwater districts with power to manage Neighborhoods groundwater to be able to have jurisdiction over potential large Preserve Castroville water marketers. There are already provisions in state law to allow Preserve Lake Dunlop Association property straddling district boundaries to come under just one San Antonio Audubon Society district's authority but those provisions allow districts to come to San Antonio Conservation Society agreement about that. This bill would give the landowner the right San Geronimo Nature Center to make that choice and then force the groundwater districts to San Geronimo Valley Alliance acquiesce. San Marcos Greenbelt Alliance GEAA opposes both the original HB 4122 and CSHB 4122.
