NON-TAX COLLECTED REVENUE SURVEY 2014 LEGISLATIVE BUDGET BOARD ID 2445 ARTICLE IX SECTION 7.06 GAA 83rd LEGISLATURE, REGULAR SESSION Reporting of Fees, Fines, and Penalties (a) Before November 1 of each fiscal year, each state agency and institution of higher education (including a community or junior college) shall report to the Legislative Budget Board in the manner prescribed by the Legislative Budget Board all fees, fines, and penalties assessed the revenue of which are required to be deposited in the state treasury for appropriation and all such fees, fines, and penalties assessed but not collected by the agency or institution during the prior fiscal year. (b) Each report made under this section shall detail the effort made by the reporting state agency or institution of higher education to collect fees, fines, and penalties that are more than ninety days past due.
