The City of Roses overlooks Lago Llanquihue, and the costanera (coastal road) leads to Puerto Varas’ main square with its gardens and historical monument. During a brief stop, visit the main square and the handicraft market before \ Ship continuing to Frutillar. Celebrity Eclipse This pretty, well-kept resort also sits on the shores of Lake Llanquihue. Across the lake rises the perfect cone of Osorno. Frutillar, the small German-style village, was established in 1856 as a shipping port for German settlers living around the lake. Today, visitors enjoy Frutillar's \ Tour Port resort ambiance, its attractive homes and lovely gardens as well as its high-quality cuisine Puerto Montt and old German "delikatessen". One of Frutillar's main attractions is the German Colonization Museum. The various \ Tour Date buildings are set amid landscaped grounds. Returning to Puerto Montt pass by the small fishing village of Angelmó with its picturesque fisherman's wharf.
