Sept. 30th, 2014) 60.9 78.8 25.9 #DIV/0! 29.2 81.8 ###### 64.3 54.0 47.1 100.0 77.9 57.6 0.0 85.7 40.0 HIGHLIGHTS NIMBA COUNTY • UNMIL Ebola donated 150 Buckets with forceps and 50 gallons of clorax to the County Task Force • Africare-Liberia supplies 100 pieces of specimen collection tubes to the CHT • Four (4) probable cases of Ebola was referred from Ganta to the ETU in Bong County HIGHLIGHTS Montserrado • From a total of 28 deaths reported today, 22 was recorded from the ETUs while 6 was reported from communities • Dispatch calls received 81 Calls and responded to 34 HIGHLIGHTS Bomi • The distribution of food and assorted items to affected EVD houses continues • There are 10 patients presently in the holding center • There are 24 indigents (10 orphans, 9 semi-orphans & 5 un- accompanied) identified as a result of EVD. • The lack funds to Pay grave diggers is a constraint as Global Communities only picks bodies but do not compensate grave diggers • Sick people are still being concealed in some communities • Despite intensified awareness, some communities (Nyamah town in Dewoin district) are still washing bodies before burial • The stock of PPEs is running low HIGHLIGHTS Grand Kru • A two-day workshop on Ebola awareness, hosted by the Ministry of Education, for DEOs and Principals in Barclayville City is being facilitated by the CHSWT • The Psychosocial unit conducted one day psychosocial support training today for district level staff. • The County’s Legislative caucus has ordered an immediate stop on preparation of the Community Care Center in Barclayville • The stock of PPEs is running low HIGHLIGHTS Sinoe • One probable patient admitted at the temporary holding center at F.J.
