The mini fair in four different cities will serve as a workshop and meeting place for member companies of SMAL and PATA Finland Chapter and their retailers and other partners. Also travel agencies of the destination cities may attend as exhibitors in the workshop. The tour will be carried out in cooperation with Sokos Hotels, VR and Finnish Business Travel Association FBTA. The total cost depends on the amount of exhibitors and the amount of guests in each event. The estimated price is about 850-1000 € (including VAT). The price includes in addition to the workshop and catering costs also the exhibitor’s train transports and meals according to the program (1 participant) and the accommodation in Turku and Seinäjoki (including breakfast) in a single room.
