Outdoor booth spaces are free of charge to sponsors of minimum $500 cash or in-kind (prize donation) equivalent. 1. Management (ISA Prairie Board of Directors) reserves the right to reject or prohibit exhibits/displays, or exhibitors whom, management considers do not align with the goals and objectives of the ISA Prairie Chapter. Exhibitor agrees to abide by all rules required by management, and that management shall have the final decision in the implementation of any rules and regulations deemed necessary prior to the event. 2. Exhibit/display space may not be transferred or sublet without the written permission of management. 3. Exhibits/display must be wholly contained within the exhibit space. Sales activity, demonstration and distribution of any printed matter, souvenirs or any other materials shall be confined to exhibitor’s booth. 4. In the event that an exhibitor/sponsor fails to make all payments at the time appointed herein, all rights of the exhibitor/sponsor shall cease and terminate. Any and all payments on account hereof prior to said time may be retained by Management as liquidated damages and as penalty, and Management my rent the space to other exhibitors. 5. Exhibitors are not permitted to supply or sell food or beverages within the exhibit space without written permission from management. 6. The exhibitor/sponsor shall not conduct themselves or operate any equipment at a level of sound that is determined at the sole discretion of management to be detrimental to the welfare of the event. 7. The exhibitor/sponsor agrees that no display may be dismantled or goods removed during the event. The display must remain intact until the end of each day unless written permission of management to dismantle early is received. Exhibitor also agrees to remove their exhibit, equipment and apparatus in a timely fashion and agrees to pay any and all additional costs as may be incurred. 2017 Prairie Chapter Tree Climbing Championship Saskatoon - Sponsorship Package 5 ISA Prairie Chapter 2017 Tree Climbing Competition Kinsmen Park Saskatoon Saskatchewan 8. Reasonable security shall be provided at all times during the event, primarily to assure public safety. Exhibitor’s property shall be placed on display at the owner’s risk and Management assumes no liability for loss or damage thereto. The exhibitor shall assume all responsibility for loss of damage to their property due to theft, fire, flood or another other cause beyond the control of management. The exhibitor agrees to indemnify and save harmless, Management and any of its agents, partners, employees or sponsors from any damages, liability, or expense whatsoever arising from any injury or damage to said exhibitor, their agents, employees or invitees or to other exhibitors or their property. Exhibitors shall be liable for any damages to the facility or furniture and fixtures contained therein, or the approaches and entrances thereto, by virtue of the terms of this agreement. 9. Exhibitors shall provide to Management a Certificate of Insurance issued by their insurance agent/broker (this Certificate is generally available at no additional cost). This Certificate must certify that the Exhibitor has General Liability Insurance that is effective between the Move-In and Move-Out dates and that the amount of this insurance is not less than $1,000,000. Exhibitors who have not supplied this Certificate will not be allowed to move in. 10. In the event the venue should be destroyed by fire or the elements, or if any other circumstances whatsoever should occur which might make it impossible for Management to permit exhibitor to occupy the premises or if the show is cancelled, the exhibitor shall pay for space only for the period the space was or could have been occupied, and the Management will in no way be responsible for any claims or damage which might arise in consequence thereof. Outdoor displays will be subject to the local municipal or institution wet weather policy. This will be implemented at the call of the local host committee, if there is a risk that the park/campus is at risk of damage from large equipment due to wet conditions. 11. Exhibits must comply with fire regulations. All display materials must be fire resistant. All fuel burning equipment displayed must be equipped with a fire extinguisher. 12. This contract may be cancelled by either party provided notice in writing is received by the other, at least sixty (60) days prior to the move -in day of the show/event.
