This Order may be cited as "The Angus Council (Gowanbank, Lunanhead, Muirhead and Kirriemuir Road, Forfar) (Variation of Speed Limits) Order 2018" and shall come into operation on the Seventeenth day of December Two thousand and eighteen. 2. The Order specified in the Schedule to this Order is hereby varied and shall henceforth have effect subject to the amendments thereto specified and described in the said Schedule. In PART II 30MPH SPEED LIMIT At item 9 (d) B9113 - Forfar - Montrose Road delete and substitute the following:- (d) B9113 - Forfar - Montrose Road From the junction of Montrose Road with Arbroath Road (A932) following Montrose Road eastwards to a point 200 metres or thereby east of its eastern junction with Dunnichen Avenue, a distance of 1.23 kilometres or thereby. B. In PART III 40MPH SPEED LIMIT 1. At item 11B. KIRRIEMUIR ROAD, FORFAR (A926) - in line 2 for the words ‘635 metres’ substitute the words ‘1.24 kilometres’ 2. After item 11D. FRIOCKHEIM - INVERKEILOR ROAD, FRIOCKHEIM (B965) insert the following:- 11E. GOWANBANK That length of Forfar - Montrose Road (B9113) from a point 200 metres or thereby east of its eastern junction with Dunnichen Avenue eastwards for a distance of 200 metres or thereby. 3. Item 11E. MAIN ROAD, HILLSIDE is renumbered as 11F. 4. After item 15. LITTLE BRECHIN insert the following:- 15A. LUNANHEAD That length of Forfar - Brechin Road (B9134) from a point 100 metres or thereby southwest of its junction with Restenneth Place southwestwards for a distance of 200 metres or thereby. 5. After item 19C. COUPAR ANGUS ROAD, MUIRHEAD (A923) insert the following:- 19D. NEWTYLE ROAD, MUIRHEAD (B954) From a point 320 metres or thereby northwest of the junction of Newtyle Road with Coupar Angus Road (A923) northwestwards for a distance of 300 metres or thereby. .
