Shah Commission of Inquiry on Illegal Mining of Iron and Manganese Ores in the State of Odisha. Shri Jitendra Singh (Minister of State (Independent Charge) in the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports) laid on the Table:- I. A copy each (in English and Hindi) of the following Notifications of the Ministry of Defence, under sub-section (3) of Section 123 of the Coast Guard Act, 1978, along with delay statement:— (1) S.R.O. 78, dated the November 24 - November 30 (Weekly Gazette), 2013, publishing the Ministry of Defence, Coast Guard General Duty Officers Recruitment Rules, 2013. (2) S.R.O. 79, dated the November 24 - November 30(Weekly Gazette), 2013, publishing the Ministry of Defence, Coast Guard (Technical Officers) Recruitment Rules, 2013. (3) S.R.O. 80, dated the November 24 - November 30(Weekly Gazette), 2013, publishing the Ministry of Defence, Coast Guard (Law Officers) Recruitment Rules, 2013. II. A copy each (in English and Hindi) of the following papers:— (a) Annual Report and Accounts of the Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan (NYKS), New Delhi, for the year 2012-13, together with the Auditor's Report on the Accounts. The English version of the Report alongwith Memorandum of Action Taken thereon was laid on the Table of Rajya Sabha on the 10th February, 2014. 243 RAJYA SABHA Shri Manish Tewari (Minister of State (Independent Charge) in the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting) laid on the Table:- I.(1) A copy each (in English and Hindi) of the following papers, under sub-section (1) of Section 31 and sub-section (4) of Section 21 of the Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) Act, 1990:— (a) Annual Report of Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India), New Delhi, for the year 2010-11. (b) Annual Accounts of Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India), New Delhi, for the year 2011-12, and the Audit Report thereon. (c) Review by Government on the working of the above Board. (2) Statements (in English and Hindi) giving reasons for the delay in laying the papers mentioned at (1) above. II. Shri Mullapally Ramachandran (Minister of State in the Ministry of Home Affairs) laid on the Table a copy (in English and Hindi) of the Ministry of Home Affairs Notification No. F. 4/3/2007/UD/MB/17550, dated the 10th September, 2013, publishing corrigendum to Notification No. 4/3/2007/UD/13393, dated the 23rd October, 2012. 244 12TH FEBRUARY, 2014 Shrimati Panabaka Lakshmi (Minister of State in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas and Minister of State in the Ministry of Textiles) laid on the Table:- I. A copy (in English and Hindi) of the Ministry of Textiles Notification No S.O. 3915 (E), dated the 31st December, 2013, extending the validation of the Jute Packaging Materials order No. 3555 (E) dated 29th November, 2013 for a further period of one month, under the sub-section (2) of Section 3 of the Jute Packaging Materials (Compulsory Use in Packing Commodities) Act, 1987. II. A copy (in English and Hindi) of the Ministry of Textiles Notification No S.O. 3300 (E), dated the 1st November, 2013, publishing the nomination of members in the National Jute Board for a period of two years, under Section 23 of the National Jute Board Act, 2008.
