Purpose of Handbook This handbook was created to provide a guide for sailors, parents, or guardians involved in the Annapolis Yacht Club Junior Fleet. This includes all summer activity as well as high school sailing, the Optimist program, and all year-round racing activity. It offers a description of how the program operates, what is expected of sailors, guidance for and expectations of parents, general recommendations for gear and equipment,
