The basic purpose of the environmental impact report is to implement the environmental impact assessment on the basis of the information included in, and provided by, the report. The purpose of the report is to evaluate and anticipate environmental impacts, and provide proposals for improving the project and give an assessment of the implementation suitability of the anticipated arrangements on the basis of the situation determined. The environmental impact report will be used in the procedure for acquiring the environmental protection consent for the implementation of the planned activity. 1.21.21.2 Subject and contents of the report The environmental impact report was prepared on the basis of the Decree on the content of the report on the effects of the intended activity into the
