Started work on longlist. 7 September: Started research on those in last year’s Top 100. 21 September: Sent longlist to judging panel for initial feedback. 14 October: Sent fnal shortlist to panel for views on rankings. 19 October: Made fnal cuts and started ranking. The positions and views in this report are those of our editorial staff, and not necessarily those of the judging panel. Our decisions are fnal. 30 October: Finalised rankings and put report into production. 10 November: Top 100 published.
