Fill material for the motorway embankment can be partly sourced from the existing sand deposits located on the northern bank of the Drava river and partly sourced from other locations selected by the Contractor. NOTE: After publication of the award, unsuccessful tenderers may request in writing to the Employer for a debriefing seeking explanations on the grounds on which their Tenders were not selected. The Employer shall promptly respond in writing to any unsuccessful tenderer who, after Publication of contract award, requests a debriefing. .
