THIS ENTRY BLANK IS THE FIRST VERSION FOR USE AT THE DAYTONA TEST SESSION. ANY DISCREPANCY BETWEEN FIRST VERSION AND FINAL ENTRY BLANK, FINAL ENTRY BLANK PREVAILS. THE FINAL DAYTONA ENTRY BLANK WILL BE POSTED IN JANUARY 2021. All Posted Awards won by any team member (driver, crew chief etc.) shall be paid by ARCA (or Sponsoring Entity), to the registered/entered team owner. The team owner, and not ARCA, shall be solely responsible for the distribution of such Posted Awards to the respective team member. This shall also apply to Year-End and Point Fund awards unless otherwise specified. All awards paid by ACH Transfer only and team owner must have all ACH documents on file with ARCA prior to race. Williamson Blvd. TEST CREDENTIAL PROCEDURE Credentials limited to pre-approved Organization/Team Authorization Form. No credentials will be issued to individuals. Credentials for each Organization/Team will be issued by ARCA to authorized team representative only for distribution to Organization/Team mem- bers. Organization/Team Authorization Form must be received by Joe Wells by January 12. Maximum 16 per team in ARCA Garage/ Pit Road team area. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS Field limited to 34 starters plus provisionals and they must hold a valid 2021 license in ARCA. (EIRI) This event will be run under the 2021 ARCA Menards Series rules, procedures, regulations and specifications. In signing an entry or taking part in any of the events described in this entry blank, all competitors agree to abide by all official ARCA decisions. ARCA is under no obligation to accept this entry. All outstanding fines, debts and/or suspensions must be satisfied for eligibility to compete. All cars must be inspected BEFORE practice or time trials will be permitted. Inspection headquarters, at the Speedway, will open at 8:30am, Thursday, February 11, 2021 and cars checked in for inspection, in the garage, after 12 Noon on Thursday, February 11, 2021. will be pe- nalized if allowed to compete. All cars will be subject to ARCA control from the time they pass inspection until they are officially released after the race. ARCA reserves the right to impound and/or confiscate any part, equipment and/or race car that is altered in violation of Rule Book. Team crew chief shall be responsible for proper/approved disposal of all tires and fluids as established by track and/or government regulatory agencies. All cars must be able to maintain a minimum safe, unhazardous lap time during competition. No equipment will be considered ap- proved by reason of having passed through inspection unobserved. Sunoco Unleaded 260 GTX is the Official Fuel of the ARCA Menards Series and will be the only acceptable fuel used in competition. Sunoco Unleaded 260 GTX will be available at all 2021 ARCA Menards Series events as supplied by the authorized Sunoco representative for the event. Fuel will be tested for conformity at all events and unapproved fuel and/or additives will result in penalty. Each team must furnish approved filler cans, and each team must establish Sunoco-approved method of payment for purchasing fuel. At this race, Sunoco will provide a maximum of 33 gallons of fuel per car in the official starting field at no cost to the team. ELIGIBLE CARS: As listed per the 2021 Rule Book and Tech Bulletins. LICENSED TEAM MEMBERS: All race team members participating in “over the wall” pit stops must be ARCA licensed and have signed proper ARCA Release & Waiver documents for the event. Credentials and photo ID may be checked on Pit Road, and over the wall team lists must be designated on Team Authorization Form. DRIVER REQUIREMENTS: All rookies may be required to attend rookie meetings and/or pass rookie test before practice and/or qualifying. Drivers with no prior ARCA Menards Series experience must meet minimum driver requirements as approved by Competition Committee. Competition Committee may revise driver eligibility as to track size, type and length based on performance. TESTING: No private race car testing or driver test runs by ARCA Menards Series teams unless approved in advance by ARCA. QUALIFYING: In timed sessions by group. No adjustments or repairs may be made on car after taking the green flag at Start/Finish line. All cars must make a qualifying attempt, and all drivers must practice before they can qualify (EIRI). GENERAL TIRES FOR DAYTONA: 7331 LEFT 8492 RIGHT Per ARCA Rulebook, maximum number of tires allowed in pit box for use in race = 8 (EIRI). General Tire awards are contingent on decals displayed on fender and spoiler, patch on driver’s uniform and wearing cap and neckband in victory lane ceremonies. BROADCAST AND OTHER RIGHTS: ARCA exclusively and in perpetuity owns any and all rights to broadcast, transmit, film, tape, capture, overhear, photograph, collect or record by any means, process, medium, or device (including but not limited to television, cable television, radio, pay-per-view, closed circuit television, satellite signal, digital signal, film productions, audiotape productions, transmissions over the internet, public and private online services authorized by ARCA, sales and other commercial projects and the like), whether or not currently in existence, all images, sounds and data (including but not limited to in-car audio, in-car video, in-car radio, other electronic transmissions between cars and crews, and timing and scoring information) arising from or during any ARCA event and ARCA is the sole owner of any and all copyrights, and proprietary rights worldwide in and to these works, and in and to any other works, copyrightable or otherwise created from the images, sounds and data arising from or during any ARCA event. Non-compliance in any manner will result in fine, loss of championship points and/or disqualification. POST-RACE: Winning car and driver must report to victory lane, as designated by ARCA Officials, and follow directives. All others must report to established location of post-race impound until released by ARCA Officials after inspection/removal of issued equipment.
