Combine dried cherries with 2 oz Cognac & microwave 60 seconds. Combine lemon juice with remaining Cognac, Grand Marnier, & 1 tsp marinated cherry liquid. Shake 30 seconds with ice & strain into glasses. Garnish with 3 marinated cherries on small skewer.
