SUMMER VILLAGES OF PIGEON LAKE REGIONAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT AMENDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN: The Summer Village of Argentia Beach and The Summer Village of Crystal Springs and The Summer Village of Golden Days and The Summer Village of Grandview and The Summer Village of Itaska Beach and The Summer Village of Ma-Me-0 Beach and The Summer Village of Norris Beach and The Summer Village of Poplar Bay and The Summer Village of Silver Beach and The Summer Village of Sundance Beach WHEREAS, the Parties have entered into a Regional Emergency Management Partnership Agreement NOW THEREFORE the Parties hereto agree to amend the Agreement as follows: 1) Section 21 is replaced with the following: 21. The Parties each agree to obtain and maintain during the term of this Agreement public liability and property damage insurance to a minimum amount of $5,000,000, offered by municipal insurers in the Province of Alberta. Each Party shall give evidence of this insurance to the other Parties upon request. 2) Section 29 is added as follows: 29. Two of the three (Director of the Regional Emergency Management Agency, Chief Administrative Officer, and/or Chairman of the Committee) shall act as the signing authority of the partnership in accordance with the committee's decision.
