[SIMILAR MATTER FILED IN PREVIOUS SESSION SEE HOUSE, NO. 3289 OF 2017-2018.] The Commonwealth of Massachusetts _______________ In the One Hundred and Ninety-First General Court (2019-2020) _______________ An Act relative to firefighter training. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 Section1. Chapter 32 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition is 2 hereby amended by adding at the end of Section 91 the following paragraph:- 3 (f) Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraphs (a) to (d) inclusive, a retired firefighter 4 may be employed by the Department of Fire Services in any capacity in excess of 960 hours. 1 of 1.
