We hope that you will paddle with us on the Great River Rumble ‘15 Our trip down these two rivers will start on the Turkey River at Elkader in Northeast Iowa. At the beginning of the trip we will find ourselves paddling through a narrow valley bounded by rugged bluffs. As we progress toward the confluence with the Mississippi, the river opens up to reveal farmlands on either side.
