ACEs: A Public Health Issue As we look to July and August, the official month that WCTE went on the air in Building Strong Brains Tennessee 1978, I am filled with a happy and grateful heart. Is it the Discover the Upper Cumberland people who give generously of their time, treasure and talent in service as Silver Award volunteers, members, and board members? Is it you? Craft: Editing Honestly, WCTE is all of that and more. It has offered four decades of sharing the Discover the Upper Cumberland rural voice, offering educational content to children who didn’t have access to Bronze Award preschool opportunities, and inspiring a region through the incredible content General: Entertainment of PBS.
