UPPER MISSISSIPPI RIVER BASIN WATERSHED GROUPS Farmer-Led or With Strong Farmer Participation When many farm operators and landowners take action in one place at the same time, we tip the balance to widespread, lasting farm and watershed health. In agricultural watersheds throughout the Basin neighbors are increasingly working so nature can renew itself, and helps keep land productive. This map displays together to identify erosion and nutrient sources, implement solutions, and share watershed groups working in agricultural lands of the Upper Mississippi River what they’re doing with others.
