Additional Requests/Information: We are doing the dollar dance, we would like to have a mixture of slow and up tempo songs to keep it fun. We want to limit toasts to names listed, only allow those four to toast. My grandfather is uncomfortable about dancing, so can you fade out the (grand)father daughter song after the first verse. Music artists, songs and styles you like: We like all types of music. 80's, 90's and current for dancing. Make sure to play a Tom Petty song for my uncle Joe (shout him out). We like Country music, but just sprinkle it in Play Cupid shuffle and Cha Cha slide for line dance DO NOT PLAY songs, styles, etc.: We don't want anything too cheesy like the chicken dance. But YMCA is fine. Saved on Monday, September 17, 2018 Timeline Suggestions Below are our suggestions for setting up your timeline yourself or with your wedding coordinator. These are suggestions based off our experience on what flows the best with our music and your wedding. Of course these are only suggestions so feel free to adjust to fit your wedding. 5:00pm: Ceremony begins 5:30pm: Cocktail hour 6:30pm: Grand entrance 6:35pm: First dance 6:40pm: Blessing 6:45pm: Dinner begins 7:15pm: Toasts (right when last table is served) *if you are having the father of the bride speak, we always suggest doing his toast last so we can go into the father/ daughter dance 7:20pm: Father/Daughter dance *let us know if we should shorten the song at all 7:25pm: Mother/song song *let us know if we should shorten the song at all 7:30pm: ANY SPECIAL DANCE HERE such as money dance 7:35pm: Bouquet toss 7:40pm: Garter toss 7:45pm: Dancing begins *non stop until event end, that way we don’t lose momentum and the energy stays up till the end. 8:00pm: Cake cutting *we always suggest doing this during dancing so that we can keep the the wedding going and don’t have guests waiting. 9:55pm: Last dance 10:00pm: Wedding ends Fun Additions: Mothers/fathers and sons/daughters dance Premise: Halfway through the dance, ask all the other mothers and sons or fathers and daughters to join in and dance. Buffet table release game Premise: Bride and groom will supply us with questions and answers so we can quiz the tables to see who can get released to eat next. This is a fun game to break the ice and get guests in the mood for the reception. Centerpiece giveaway game Premise: We would have each table pull out a set of keys, napkin and a dollar bill. We will play a music chairs style game with music playing as they pass items around the table. Always a fun way to break the ice and have fun with the centerpiece giveaway. Ask us for more explanation! Crowd Control Entertainment - Request List 6/26/19, 1(10 PM You do not need to pick ALL the songs for the event, just examples of what styles you like.
