Last year the Cougars lost both opening-weekend matches, falling 3-0 to eventual NCAA champion Loyola and 3-1 to Lewis on the road • Preseason poll. After taking both the MPSF regular-season and MPSF tournament title in 2014, BYU was TEAM COMPARISON picked to finish sixth in the league and the nation in the preseason polls. • New faces.
