Draft Budget Scrutiny 2013-2014 The Committee will take evidence on the Scottish Government’s Draft Budget 2013-2014 from— Alex Neil, Cabinet Secretary for Health and Well-being, John Matheson, Director of Health Finance and Information, and Derek Feeley, Director General Health and Social Care and Chief Executive of NHS Scotland, Scottish Government. 2.
