CLOS TORRIBAS TINTO CRIANZA (D.O.Penedès) Very smooth and easy to drink with lots of ripe fruit and a hint of spicy oak. TINTO JOVEN NOEMUS (D.O.Rioja) A light fruity wine with just a hint of oak ORVALAIZ ROSADO (D.O.Navarra) A raspberry coloured, fresh and fruity young wine with floral overtones. ORVALAIZ CABERNET SAUVIGNON ROSADO (D.O.Navarra) Judged the best rosé wine in Navarra, this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon rosé is delicious with plenty of fruit taste and character. DIORAMA CHARDONNAY (D.O.Penedès) Fresh with hints of peaches and pineapples this un oaked Chardonnay is a great drink. CONDE DE SIRUELA ROBLE (D.O.Ribera del Duero) A very popular smooth and lightly wooded wine with lots of ripe fruit taste and a hint of spice. v WHITE WINES v . PINOT GRIGIO (IGT Veneto – Italy) This fashionable Italian grape produces a fresh, dry, tasty young wine. TORRES GRAN VIÑA SOL (D.O. Penedes) Well known Chardonnay with good nose and lots of fruit. VIÑA MIREIA Gewurztraminer/Muscat D.O. Penedes A wonderful mix of grapes creating a glorious fruity wine with a dry finish. ALBARIÑO SEGREL AMBAR (D.O.Rias Baixas) The nectar of Galicia! Honey coloured, full bodied, mellow and wonderfully smooth. GRAN CAUS (D.O. Penedes) Golden yellow colour. Very clean and bright. Tough slow-falling tear. Aromas of very ripe yellow fruit, plums and apricots, dried fruit, dried apricots, crystallized fruit, balsamic notes, anise, pastry reminiscences, toas- ted notes and a pleasant mineral background HAEFFELIN GEWURZTRAMINER MEDAILLE (Alsace) Full bodied and mouth filling, This soft aromatic wine abounds in spicy honey taste. These slightly heavier wines go very well with chicken dishes especially if they have creamy sauces. FRANSOLA (D.O. Penedes) Sauvignon Blanc and Paraella wine with crisp elderflower aroma and gooseberry flavours in the mouth. This wine is full bodied and has excellent structure with an elegant aftertaste with a citric edge. v FRENCH WINES (WHITE) v SANCERRE BLANC – CELLIERS DE LA PAULINE (A.C. Loire) Dry with lots of green grassy taste and a hint of aniseed. A great classic. CHABLIS DOMAINE DE CARRION (A.C. Chablis) Mineral hints of slate and seashells abound in this elegant classic. POUILLY FUMÉ LES AFFAUBERTIS (A.C. Loire) Dry and flinty, light and gently smoky. These excellent wines are a favourite with many. CHABLIS 1er CRU MONTMAINS BLANC DOMAINE DE CARRION (A.C. Chablis) The soft taste of tropical fruits and butter are sharpened by the flinty notes of slate and seashells to be found in this great Chardonnay. PULIGNY MONTRACHET 1er CRU LES CHALUMEAUX (A.C.Burgundy) Of an intense yellow colour, this Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru has a bouquet of vanilla, accompanied by but- tery notes. It is a supple and well balanced wine with lots of finesse and freshness on the finish v NEW WORLD WINES (WHITE) v ANTU MAPU SAUVIGNON BLANC (Chile) A delicious, grassy wine, full of asparagus and gooseberry taste FLEUR DU CAP CHENIN BLANC (South Africa) A full bodied wine with lots of citrus and pineapple flavour, vanilla spice taste drawn from the oak barrels gives the wine body and balance. ROSEMOUNT DIAMOND CELLAR CHARDONNAY (Australia) Peachy tropical fruit and melon characters underpinned by creamy vanillin oak. Rich buttery flavours with a long soft finish WENTE MORNING FOG CHARDONNAY (California) This wine is full of buttery, pineapple tastes with fresh acidity and hints of toasted wood. WAIRAN RIVER SAUVIGNON BLANC (New Zealand) Classic expression of the dry, gooseberry, grass and passion fruit style of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Clean and crisp it is bursting with minerality and white stone fruit flavours. Expressive on the palate, fini- shing with great length. This fashionable white wine is a benchmark by which New World Sauvignons are judged. Awarded a Gold Medal at the prestigious Royal Hobart Show. v NEW WORLD WINES (RED) v OYSTER SHACK CABERNET SAUVIGNON (Chile) Ripe blackberry fruit with hints of cedar and mint make this wine rich in taste and well balanced. ROSEMOUNT DIAMOND CELLAR CABERNET SAUVIGNON MERLOT (Australia) The classic blackcurrant flavours of the cabernet contrast perfectly with the plumy fruit of merlot to form a delicious wine of distinction and style. FLEUR DU CAP PINOTAGE (South Africa) Stewed fruit and spicy strawberry taste enhance this wine. On the nose ample berry fruit aromas domina- ted by plum and sweetish mulberry flavours. Full bodied on the palate with rich plum flavours supported by good tannic structure. Well balanced with noticeable oaky influence, the grapes remain rich and vibrant. Dark ruby colour with purplish edges ROBERT MONDAVI WOODBRIDGE CABERNET SAUVIGNON (California) Rich dark and mature fruit taste combined with spicy peppery nose fill this excellent wine. Concentrated flavours of blackberry fruit, dark chocolate and spice. Lingering finish of vanilla toasty oak. LINDEMANS BIN 50 SHIRAZ (Australia) Lots of blackberry fruit with peppery and earthy overtones fill this rich and agreeable wine. MATUA PINOT NOIR (New Zealand) A superb, vibrant New Zealand Pinot Noir with enticing aromas of tart red cherry, wild raspberry and spice. Medium-bodied and satin smooth. This wine is very versatile with food, LINDEMANS RESERVE SHIRAZ (Australia) The Lindemans Reserve Shiraz begins with aromas of black pepper and raspberry, with hints of chocolate. On the palate, this medium-bodied wine shows generous sweet mulberry fruit flavors with a vanilla oak component. The finish has fine tannins and a great length of fruit flavor v RED WINES OF SPAIN v COMENGE BIBERIUS ROBLE (D.O. Valladolid) This wine shows a bright cherry color. The nose is frank and aromatic, with good fruit intensity (blackberries, raspberries, strawberries), average oak aging (cocoa, spices) and some chalky notes REJADORADA SEMI CRIANZA (D.O.Toro) Smooth, full bodied with soft black fruit taste, well integrated tannins and smoky oak. ATICUS CRIANZA (D.O. Rioja) Very dark, intense cherry in colour, clean and clear. Of great aromatic complexity, it offers appealing aromas that blend the fruit-bearing bottom of the varietal Tempranillo backed by oaky vanilla and an appetizing whiff of toffee. On the palate, it is long, with an extraordinary finish and a perfect balance between the tannin of the casks and a notable fruit-bearing load. An aromatic, pleasant palate lingers in time, with fresh, balsamic hints. DIORAMA MERLOT (D.O.Penedès) Matured in oak for six months, this well structured wine is spicy with red fruit tastes and hints of vanilla. MONTE REAL CRIANZA (D.O.Rioja) Matured in oak casks for 18 months, this wine combines the classic Rioja smoky taste with rich, mature fruit flavours. SEPTENTRION (D.O.Navarra) A new style designer wine of excellent quality, soft wood and lots of dark berry fruit taste. Red-violet in colouring with aromas of dark berries and oak. On the palate sweet fruit can be tasted with well balanced acidity and tannins. COMENGE BIBERIUS CRIANZA (D.O. Valladolid) Vivid color, cherry. floral aroma, fresh fruit, raspberries, lightly toasted. The palate is tasty, fresh, fruity, well structured and balanced. VIÑA ALBINA RESERVA (D.O.Rioja) Ripe fruit with hints of balsam and spice blend to make this superb wine from this most prestigious region. CONDE DE SIRUELA CRIANZA (D.O.Ribera del Duero) Very smooth with lots of ripe berry fruit and a hint of spicy oak.. NOVELLUM CRIANZA (D.O.Toro) Powerful, robust and full bodied. This wine is full of ripe fruit taste with earthy mineral hints and touches of vanilla spice. CHATELDON CABERNET SAUVIGNON RESERVA (D.O.Penedès) This rich, gold medal winning wine combines ripe blackberry and minty taste with oaky vanilla overtones CHINCHILLA 6 + 6 (D.O. Malaga – Ronda) A smooth, well rounded wine, with aromas of black fruit, chocolate and toasty oak. MATARROMERA (D.O. Ribera del Duero) Deep cherry colour with a layer of purple rims.It’s intense and subtle, elegant and complex. Spice aromas such as clove, black pepper and liquorice. Aromatic floral aromas, rockrose and thyme with a background of mature black fruits (blackberry, strawberry and cherry) Spiced tastes with a hint of ink and chocolate. Very smooth and polished tannins with big structure of black fruit which provides a long lasting and elegant finish. PESQUERA CRIANZA (D.O.Ribera del Duero) Soft and gentle tannins, oak ageing is evident with a gentle smoky leather flavour underpinned by red fruit, dark berried in particular with hints of vanilla and spices. v FRENCH WINES (RED) v CHATEAU BUSQUET L’USSAC ST. EMILION (France) A rich and well balanced fruit filled coupage in true Bordeaux tradition. CHATEAU BEL ORME (A.C. Haut Medoc) Dense colour and oaky aromas as well as red fruit, black cherry and cedar wood. Silky on the palate it has well rounded tannins with flavours of blackcurrant, blackberry and liquorice. Long finish. CHATEAUNEUF DU PAPE SPRITE DE VALLEE ROUGE (A.C. Chateauneuf du Pape) From one of the most prestigious wine producing areas in France, this wine abounds in dark red fruit taste with a noticeable mineral influence. Big, rich and full bodied but is well balanced with flavours of ripe fruit and tannins. CLOS ST JEAN CHASSAGNE MONTRACHET (A.C.
