Lithuania: a. in Vilnius county (apskritis): the Ðalèininkai district municipality; b. in Alytus county (apskritis): the Lazdijai district municipality, Varëna district municipality, Alytus district municipality, Alytus city municipality and the Druskininkai municipality. 2. Poland: In podlaskie voivodship: the municipalities of Giby and Sejny with the city of Sejny in sejneñski district; the municipalities of Lipsk and Pùaska in augustowski district; the municipalities of Czarna Biaùostocka, Gródek, Supraúl, Wasilków and Michaùowo in biaùostocki district; the municipalities of Dàbrowa Biaùostocka, Janów, Krynki, Kuênica, Nowy Dwór, Sidra, Sokóùka and Szudziaùowo in sokólski district. 3. Italy: All areas of Sardinia. 4. Latvia: In the district of Rezekne parish Pusa, Mâkoòkalna and Kaunatas; The entire county of Dagda; In the villages Aglonas Ðíeltovas, Grâveru and Kastuïinas; All county Krâslavas; In the district of Parishes Ludza Rundenu and Istria; In the district of the parish of Zilupe PASIENES. 5. Title of the notified document: Order of the Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Water Management "On some protective measures against the African Swine Fever disease in Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Italy" Language(s): Albanian Number of pages: 2 G/SPS/N/ALB/178 - 2 - 6. Description of content: This Order of the Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Water Management provides some protective measures against the outbreak of African Swine Fever disease in the regions mentioned in the point 4. Stopping the import of all live animals domestic and wild pigs, from the territories described in point 4, to the Albanian territory; stopping the import of meat and products of the above-mentioned animals from the territories described in point 4, to the Albanian territory. The veterinary certificate should guarantee their origin. The measures also consist in stopping the import of animal feeding products that contain products from animal origin; stopping the import of unsterile pigs biological materials from the territories described in point 4, to the Albanian territory. 7. Objective and rationale: [ ] food safety, [X] animal health, [ ] plant protection, [X] protect humans from animal/plant pest or disease, [X] protect territory from other damage from pests. The objective is to protect human and animal health in the territory of Albania against the African Swine Fever disease outbreak into the territories described in point 4. 8. Nature of the urgent problem(s) and reason for urgent action: This Order is to protect human and animal health from African Swine Fever disease, stopping the import and transit of live animals, domestic and wild pigs and their products. 9.
