New effort for a different QCD application about to start. – CompChem (gamess) application for molecular dynamics -- Porting Stage. – Computer Architecture - SimpleScalar Simulator is a tool-set primarily used for hardware-software co-verification, and for building detailed micro-architectural modeling -- Ported, testing phase. – Computer Graphics - Distributed rendering -- Windows(R) application running on Linux using the WINE compatibility layer. Opens the door for Windows-based applications -- In progress – Consulting application developers on how to port their applications. • Data challenges: – Participation in the WISDOM biomed data challenge in 2005 – Participation in the on-going experiment for drug discovery for the H5N1 virus.
