Thursday, June 15, 2017 ARTIST SPOTLIGHT Nick Brennan Webster Public Relations Debut Single “Buck Naked” Songwriters Cherie Brennan Hometown Marquette, MI Artist Bio Unlike many of today's young artists, Nick Brennan didn't dream about becoming a star. Being the son of a songwriter, Brennan always enjoyed listening and singing to music, but Brennan decided another career path, broadcast journalism. With a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri and a headful of smarts about the profession, inding work did not come easy. For nine months, Brennan mixed his job search with recording his debut single, “Buck Naked.” After two years at WLUC-TV, the pull of music became too strong to resist. Brennan bid his colleagues a fond farewell, headed back to Jacksonville and began recording and performing full-time. After an eight-week radio tour, Brennan returned to Nashville, TN to continue writing and recording. Having taken his irst decisive steps into the spotlight, Brennan knows he’s moving toward the goal he was destined to pursue.
