This module introduces you to some of the artists and songs of the 1970s. The 70s were a time of disco, rock, blues and country. A lot of the songs from the 70s are still being played in TV shows today! You’ll look at some of the artists and songs of the 1970s and also find out which songs are being used in some of your favourite TV shows. You’ll hear about artists like: John Lennon Bob Marley and the Wailers Bill Withers Outcomes By the end of this module you will: • Have listened to songs from the 1970s • Sung songs from the 1970s • Know some of the biggest artists from the 1970s • Be introduced to some of the technical aspects of music and song writing.
