Parking is NOT included. • The Calgary Zoo NO LONGER hands out passes therefore once you have requested your voucher you will need to contact the Zoo PRIOR to 3 days before your visit (please be mindful of this when planning). Vertigo Theatre • Each customer receives one free ticket to the show listed on the voucher. • To pick up reserved tickets, present the voucher from the City of Calgary at the time of admission. • Fee Assistance will assist in the reservation of the tickets.
