The CDPHP® Find-A-Doc Mobile application can be installed on the following BlackBerry smartphones: BlackBerry® Storm BlackBerry® Curve BlackBerry® Bold BlackBerry® 9700 BlackBerry® 8520 BlackBerry® Pearl 2 You can also download the application on the phones with OS version 4.6 and above with screen resolutions of 360 pixels and above. Follow the steps below to find yourBlackBerry smartphone OS version: From the home screen, navigate to Settings. Note: Some BlackBerry smartphones have Options icon on the home section. If your phone has this, select Options instead of Settings. Select Options. Select About. You should see the software version as shown. 3 Installation Instructions (App World) You should find BlackBerry App World icon either in the Applications or in the Downloads folder. If you cannot find it on your phone, please visit www.blackberry.com/appworld/download from your BlackBerry smartphone. You will find the instructions on the website to download and install the App World application. Note: Please note that you will require the unique BlackBerry ID to download and install any application from App World. For more information, please visit http://us.blackberry.com/id Please follow the instructions below to install the CDPHP Find-A-Doc Mobile application using BlackBerry App World: 1 Launch BlackBerryApp World by selecting it and clicking on the track wheel. 2 Click on the Menu button and select Search. 3 Key in ‘CDPHP’ or ‘find-a-doc’ and click the track wheel. 4 You will get the results as shown. Select the CDPHP Find-A-Doc Mobile application and click on the track wheel. 4 5 Select ‘Download’ and click the track wheel. 6 Your phone may ask for the unique BlackBerry ID. Please key in the credentials and click on Login. 7 Your phone should now start downloading and installing the CDPHP Find-A-Doc Mobile application. 8 After the download is complete, you have an option to Run the application or go back to the home screen.
