Among the solutions Jergens provided was a process change to a Mori Seiki NHX5000 w/12 station pallet pool that utilized ZPS, Drop & Lock, dual vises and a design that permitted additional side clearance. Not only did the solution ensure quick change over, it also reduced the total number of columns needed.
