Our company’s initial business model was that of an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). For many years, we built product for, and/or provided engineering and speaker design consulting for, industry leaders such as McIntosh, Fosgate Audionics, Parasound and JBL. In 1986, RBH Sound relocated to Utah. Additionally, the company’s business model was modified. We shifted our focus to building name recognition for RBH Sound and reducing the company’s dependency on OEM accounts. I am pleased to say that after thirty-seven years, I am one of the few remaining owner/operators in the high performance loudspeaker industry from that era. The RBH Sound product offering is a culmination of thirty-seven years of design and engineering experience; tempered by industry momentum and feedback from RBH Sound Dealers. Our products have been reviewed and tested by almost every custom install magazine and publication. The awards and accolades RBH Sound has received from the industry is a testament to our commitment to quality and performance. One example of this is Electronic House Magazine’s “Product of the Year” award; which, RBH Sound won for seven consecutive years.
