No.01/HPC/SMP/NKL-SY/2017-18 Dated 13.04.2018 OFFERS INVITED FOR SURVEYING AND MAPPING NILAKKAL AREA The High Power Committee for Implementation of Sabarimala Master Plan invites Competitive Offers /Quotations from the reputed Survey Agencies in Kerala for 110 ha. of land at Nilakkal (predominantly vacant land) in Pathanamthitta district under the possession and use by the Travancore Devaswom Board so as to reach the office of the undersigned on or before 5.00 PM on 21.04.2018. The Survey requirements are given below: 1. Total Station Contour Survey - 1m contour interval 2. Spot levels at grid intervals of min 10m x10m -contour mapping 3. All structures and their plinth levels/top levels to be marked 4. Roads to be marked with spot levels at 5m interval 5. Culverts, streams, wells, channels, water tanks etc. to be marked with invert levels 6. Waterbodies, lakes, ponds etc to be marked with max flood levels, current water level etc. 7. All major trees to be marked 8. Giant trees such as Ficus, bamboo clusters to be marked separately with indicative legend 9. Large rock formations to be marked 10. Plantations to be marked in groups 11. Electrical / Communication lines and posts to be marked 12. Benchmark to be marked in the presence of Departmental Officials and linked to MSL 13. The Map to a scale of 1 : 2500 should be completely dimensioned so that any structure or installation can be located from visible land marks Rate per hectare should be quoted Earnest Money Deposit : Rs. 5,000/- in the form of deposit receipt from any of the nationalised / schedule banks pledged in favour of the undersigned Deliverables : Five hard copies along with soft copy Time Schedule : Work should be completed within One Month from the date of award of Contract Payment Terms : Payment shall be made on completion of work which can be settled on the actual area of land surveyed and mapped as per requirements For further details contact [email protected] and www.travancoredevaswomboard.org.
