Have a great day with us today. I our name in the hat for the next round, although Our last home game was the very disappointing it did take extra time to do so. It wasn’t the best result against Irlam in the FA Cup. I thought performance but a win is a win and we have another that we competed in the first half but we found winnable game against Lower Breck at home in the ourselves on the back foot. Going 2-0 down at half next round. I think this is a big chance to progress. time we tried to push to get back into the game but It’s been very stop and start so far with games in unfortunately got caught on the counter attack. It the league and cup and then Wednesday we faced was gutting to go out of the FA Cup having done so Runcorn Town in the league. Away from home, it is well on the competition this season but there were always a tough place to go. We realised we needed plenty of positives to come out of it. to push on in the league and get ourselves where The following Tuesday was Irlam once again in we belong. We couldn’t have asked for a better start the league. The game didn’t start to our liking, scoring very early from a great finish from our new conceding in the first 30 seconds wasn’t what we signing Jordan Darr. Runcorn soon equalised but wanted and then with Irlam scoring again to make we managed to get our noses back in front and go it 2-0 inside 25 minutes gave us a massive task to in 2-1 up at half time. Throughout the second half get back into the game. Although being 2-0 down Runcorn piled the pressure on us but we were solid we dominated the game and in the second half and well disciplined to keep them at bay. During we were a different class. The lads showed great the last 10 minutes we killed the game off which character to get back into the game and ultimately relieved the pressure.
