LOYOLA UNIVERSITY CHICAGO • CONFERENCE SERVICES VENUE RENTAL RATES Venues at Loyola’s Lake Shore and Water Tower campuses are available year round and may be rented for up to 4 hours* (half-day) or up to 8 hours (full-day). Groups will be charged a higher rate when their event spans over 8 hours. Audio/visual equipment, on-premise catering, dining hall options are also available.
