Suffah is a raised platform of Education occupied by the poor companions of the Prophet; these companions are called Ashabe Suffah (House Holder of the raise platform). Ashabe Suffa is “The Ashab us-Suffah were companions of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him) who, along with the performance of religious duties, were mostly tradesmen or farmers. Some had, however, dedicated their lives exclusively for prayer and spiritual discipline in the close company of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be on him). The precise number of the Ashab us-Suffah is not known, but it is estimated that the suffah could hold up to three hundred people at any one time, and that roughly seventy people made up its’ permanent residents. The initial inhabitants of the suffah were members who had migrated from Makkah and were without any accommodation.” The Prophet came at Suffah (the platform that housed the Ashab us-Suffah) to teach and explain the salient features of the religion. People used to come there after undertaking a long journey to learn about Islam also. In addition, some of these companions those who possess high / ideal Values and morals like Holy Prophet are worshipped. Further, those who go there would engage themselves in promotion of Islam in the light of the teachings of Holy Prophet. In the light of this, we can say that Ashabe Suffah has the privilege of being the first Teacher Educator of Islam and Suffah is first Islamic Residential University. All the Muslims, who are learning ‘Deen’ (religious knowledge of Islam), in a way are equal to Teacher Educators. The intention of Muslim towards learning of Deen is to follow the principles, guidelines of Islam and to teach others what they have to learn and further to motivate them to follow the same simultaneously. All the Messengers of Allah are teachers because their aim is to propagate and spread the teaching of the religion of Allah. The Holy Prophet ".I have been sent only as a teacher"”إنما بعثت معلما Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) has himself said) Teaching is a sacred profession, which is affecting all spheres of man’s life. For it plays an important role in developing the physical, social, spiritual, cultural and aesthetic values of human life and its affects in all walks of life directly. Hence, the teacher also affects all the aspects of society indirectly. Educational qualifications, personal qualities, attributes and the training Volume 9 Issue 10 - 2019 499 www.joics.org Journal of Information and Computational Science ISSN: 1548-7741 institutions of the teacher have become a powerful tool to transmit the altruistic values in society, so it becomes essential that it should be free of all faults i.e. it is perfect as well as ideal. Islam has propounded a disciplined value education in so many texts to teach the people Value Education and Akhlaq (Morals), as it is held that the teacher's behavior always directly affects the students thinking and conduct. The Islamic values, which formulate value education, are as follows: Right Speech Islam urges its followers do not tell lie (jhoot) be truthful (sach) in word, deed and thought and asks them to speak the truth politely. In Islam Jhoot is a Gunaahe Kabira (Great Sin) Quran prohibited, warned, and alerted in so many places about not lying and Allah Himself sent Lanat (Curse) on Kazebeen. In this regard, the Holy Quran Says in Chapter Ale Imran, Verse-61 (the Curse of Allah upon those who lie” (Khan“ ”لعنۃ ہللا علی الکاذبین“ they will suffer a painful“ ” َو َل ُهم َعذَا ٌب أَ ِلی ٌم بِ َما َكا ُنوا يَ ْك ِذبُو َن “ Chapter Albaqra Verse-10 punishment as a result of the lie which they speak.” In an another Chapter Al Haj, Verse-30 ”stay away from false word“ ”واجتنبوا قول الزور“ The Prophet himself when he spoke always spoke the truth and the tone is very soothing and gentle and he also urged the companions to follow the same. Believers, do“ "ﻻترفعو اصواتکم فوق صوۃ النبی" Holy Quran says in Chapter Al Hujrat verse-2 not raise your voices above the voice of the Prophet” (Sarwar). " َوا ْق ِص ْد فِي َم ْشیِ َك َوا ْغ ُض ْض ِمن َص ْوتِ َك إِ َّن أَن َك َر Qur’an says in another Chapter Luqman verse-19 Be moderate in your walking and your talking. The most unpleasant“ ا ْْلَ ْص َوا ِت َل َص ْو ُت ا ْل َح ِمیر"ِ sound is the braying of donkeys” (Sarwar). The purpose of this example has to encourage the "نرم د ِم گفتگو، گرم development of high values. In this connection, Allama Iqbal states in a couplet Soft in Social exposure, Tough in the line of pursuit. But“ د ِم جستجو۔ رزم ہو يا بزم ہو، پاک دل و پاک باز" whether in fray or in social gathering, ever chaste at heart, ever clean in conduct” Islam desires that their followers to be with those who carefully discharge their duty to يَا أَيُّ َها ا َّل ِذي َن آ َمنُواْ اتَّقُواْ هّللاَ َو ُكو ُنواْ “ Allah. Sadiq (truthful), Quran says in Chapter Altawaba, Verse-119 ”.(O ye who believe! Fear Allah and be with those who are true (in word and deed“ ” َم َع ال َّصا ِدقِی َن (Yusufali) !O you who believe“ ”يَا أَيُّ َها ا َّل ِذي َن آ َمنُوا اتَّقُوا َّّللاَ َوقُولُوا َق ْو اﻻ َس ِديداا“ Chapter Al-Ahzab Verse-70 Keep your duty to Allah and fear Him, and speak (always) the truth.” Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) says Helakat to the person that telling a lie is to make people laugh (حنبل،الحديث،١٩١٧٠،الشاملہ(" because when they see the truth they realise the folly of person. Volume 9 Issue 10 - 2019 500 www.joics.org Journal of Information and Computational Science ISSN: 1548-7741 In another instance, Prophet says, “Abu Huraira stated that ‘ The Messenger of Allah, Whoever َو َم ْن َكا َن يُ ْؤ ِم ُن بِا ََّّللِ َوا ْلیَ ْو ِم ا ْْل ِخ ِر َف ْلیَقُ ْل َخ ْی ارا أَ ْو ِلیَ ْس ُك ْت :peace and blessings be upon him, said believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him speak goodness or remain silent’. (Source: Ṣaḥīḥ al- Bukhārī 6110, Grade: Muttafaqun Alayhi) Right Thought In Islam, it has been suggested that Shaitan will throw evil suggestions into one’s mind. These suggestions have no power over us, unless we choose to act on them. If we follow an evil or have negative trends of thought, then it will lead us to doing wrong deeds leading to a terrible end. Thus, when we find ourselves caught up in a bad line of thinking, we need to immediately replace these negative thoughts with positive inward thoughts to overcome their effects. Abu Dharr observed that ‘The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, s Follow a bad deed with a good deed and it will erase it. (Source: Sunan َوأَتْبِ ْع ال َّسیهِئَةَ ا ْل َح َسنَةَ تَ ْم ُح َها :aid al-Tirmidhī 1987, Grade: Sahih) Positive thoughts are those that produce good feelings, Nek Amal (Good deeds), peace of mind, gratitude, Sokoon (Comfor / Calmnes) Qana’at (Contentment), and other positive emotional states. These are truthful thoughts about Allah, hope in the Aakherat (Day of Judgment) the prophets, our blessings, good deeds, and so on. They produce wisdom and enlightenment in the heart. Negative thoughts are those that produce bad feelings, Adawat (Hostility), Gaiz (Wrath), Hasad (Ency), jealousy, hatred, anxiety, depression, and other negative emotional states. These are thoughts about the world, our wealth, our status, people whom we do not like or who have wronged us, and so on. The cause of these thoughts arises due to an attachment or due to the delusions of worldly and materialistic life that cloud the mind and prevent its Tahaarat (Purity). Some people think that happiness is related to situations, but the real happiness is related to the thoughts. Islam focuses in several instances on positive thinking and urges the people to be positive and happy. Islam says all the Aamaal (Deeds) depends upon Niyah (Intention). Umar ibn إِ َّن َما ا ْْلَ ْع َما ُل :Al-Khattab reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said Verily, deeds are only with. Verily, every person will have only what they بِال هنِیَّ ِة َوإِ َّن َما ِﻻ ْم ِر ٍئ َما نَ َوى intended. (Sahih Bukhari 54) Islam says do not think Negative and never be Maayoos, Na Ummeed (Hopless). Quran ”do not despair of the mercy of Allah“ ” َﻻ تَ ْقنَ ُطوا ِمن َّر ْح َم ِة “ Says in Chapter Az-Zumar, Verse-53 (Shakir). Right Behavior When we turn the pages of Islamic Value Education, we find that Islam focuses on many إن ہللا طیب يحب الطیب ، نظیف يحب النظافة ، كريم “ .types of Values such as Cleanliness is a part of Iman Volume 9 Issue 10 - 2019 501 www.joics.org Journal of Information and Computational Science ISSN: 1548-7741 Allah is good like goodness, Allah is Clean like Cleanliness, Allah is ”يحب الكرم ، جواد يحب الجود merciful like mercy, Allah is generous like generous.
