Page ii NAZKO PROPERTY - 2018 FALL ASSESSMENT REPORT 1 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The Nazko property is located approximately 80 km west of Quesnel, British Columbia, and 10 km west of the village of Nazko, in the Cariboo Mining Division. The property is centered at 52°55’32.3” N and 123°44’10.8” W (NAD83), between Fishpot Lake to the west and Marmot Lake to the east. The Nazko property covers parts of BCGS maps 093B.082 and 093B.092. The Nazko property consists of two contiguous mineral leases that cover 400.00 hectares (ha) of land that are encompassed by seven mineral claims that cover 1,481.43 ha. The leases and claims that comprise the Nazko property are 100% owned by CANLAVA Mining Corp. (CANLAVA). Access to the property is west from Quesnel via the paved Nazko Road to the village of Nazko, then west along the well-travelled gravel 4000 Road to the Nazko cone and approximate centre of the property. The Nazko property covers the Recent Nazko cinder cone where scoria and tephra are currently being mined and processed on the mining leases into finished product by owner-operator CANLAVA. Underling rocks include prospective Eocence Ootsa Lake Group rhyolitic volcanics and Cretaceous Skeena Group fine to coarse-grained siliciclastics. The Nazko property has only recently been the subject of exploration for precious metals; geochemical surveys outlined several anomalies that warranted follow-up work. In 2016, bedrock mapping, prospecting and sampling conducted over the southern half of the property identified a previously unrecognized window through the young volcanic cover. The older rocks are locally Fe and Mn-altered chert pebble conglomerate and coarse-grained sandstone of the Skeena Group; they are overlain to the west by weakly altered rhyolitic volcanics of the Ootsa Lake Group. In the Fall of 2017, an auger drilling survey was completed on the claims peripheral to the two mining leases to determine thickness of tephra. The work identified several areas of multi- coloured or black tephra that were more than 1m thick and/or beyond the depth of the auger being used, with the thickest layers being located immediately north of the mine leases. The latter area, north of the North Flow (Zone III) area on the mine lease, has potential to add to the existing inventory of black tephra, and warrants a systematic test pitting program. A Spring 2018 program consisted of a five-day VLF survey to assess an area of the claim block where bedrock mapping and sampling had previously identified anomalous geochemical values of zinc and arsenic in rocks near structural contacts between major lithologic units. The survey identified a number of linear features that are interpreted to coincide with faulted geological contacts between lithological units. Some of the linear features extend off of the grid suggesting that the grid should be expanded to provide a more complete VLF-EM signature for the area. It was recommended that CANLAVA expand the Spring 2018 VLF grid to the north, northeast and south in order to more fully evaluate this area of interest. CANLAVA MINING CORP. PAGE 1 NAZKO PROPERTY - 2018 FALL ASSESSMENT REPORT The Fall 2018 program served to follow-up on the recommendations of the Spring 2018 program; it consisted of 5 days of VLF surveying to extend the earlier grid northward for 200m, southward for 500m and to fill in between the initial lines such that all lines are spaced at 100m intervals. The additional work was successful in outlining a number of linear anomalies with either north-trending, northwest-trending or northeast-trending orientations. The north and northeast trending linears are interpreted to be possible sub-surface conductors that may correlate with structural contacts between differing lithologies or faults that lie sub-parallel to the contacts. The north-trending linear is underlain by andesitic volcanics of the Ootsa Lake Group. The northeast liners and intersect one or more northwest trending linears in the southern half of the grid and are approximately orthogonal to each other. These faults and their intersections may identify important faults, cross-faults and/or well-developed joint sets along which hydrothermal fluids were guided, locally flooding the porous coarse-grained clastic sedimentary rocks of the Skeena Group with significant amounts of manganese oxide and hematite. It is recommended that CANLAVA complete detailed prospecting of the linear features identified in the survey and conduct sampling if warranted. The budget for a 1-week program of prospecting and rock sampling is an estimated $12,000.00. CANLAVA MINING CORP.
