“Revolutionary Leadership will embolden you. It will instruct you and inspire you for the days ahead. Whatever your leadership arena, Pat’s stories and revolutionary insights will strengthen you for the fight.” Brian Kilmeade, bestselling author and Fox News TV and radio host “The ‘shot heard ’round the world’ announced the birth of free- dom and the death knell of oppression in America. The heroes of the American Revolution set a leadership example for us all. In Revolutionary Leadership, Pat Williams uncovers new insights into the lives of these revolutionary leaders and shows us how we can become more effective leaders in every arena of our lives. Learn these principles and become a revolutionary leader!” Mike Huckabee, 44th governor of Arkansas and political commentator “Pat Williams offers a unique and compelling interpretation of the American Revolution. He focuses the lens of leadership on the lives of men and women who made a difference for the cause of liberty. Become a more effective leader in your home, school, workplace, or society. Read Revolutionary Leadership.” Alan Mulally, former CEO, Ford Motor Company; former CEO, Boeing Commercial Airplanes; former president, Boeing Information, Space & Defense Systems “All the lessons we learn from great Revolutionary War leaders can be applied to any leadership arena today. George Washington teaches us that winning is not determined by who your opponent is but by who you are. Great tacticians like Nathanael Greene and Francis Marion remind us that winning involves taking your op- ponent out of the game and making it all about you. Henry Knox, the fighting bookseller, teaches us that bold action produces big gains. And the stories of dedicated old soldiers, teenage Minute- men, and courageous women in combat tell us that victory goes to those who want it most. If you want to be inspired to lead and to win, you must read Revolutionary Leadership by Pat Williams.” Nick Saban, head football coach of the Alabama Crimson Tide Pat Williams, Revolutionary Leadership Revell Books, a division of Baker Publishing Group, © 2021. Pat shares powerful lessons from America’s early years that are as important and relevant as ever.” Adam Silver, commissioner of the National Basketball Association “Revolutionary Leadership by Pat Williams, whom I greatly ad- mire, is very interesting as well as inspirational for both students of history and those who desire to know more about the foundation of our great nation. Reading this book will undoubtedly produce many more courageous leaders in our time of great need.” Benjamin S. Carson Sr., MD, professor emeritus of neurosurgery, oncology, plastic surgery, and pediatrics at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine “In Revolutionary Leadership, motivational guru Pat Williams tells stories you’ve never heard before, finds insights you’ve never thought of before, and presents the American Revolution in a way that will continually surprise you. He tells stories of the great and famous leaders, such as Washington, Jefferson, Franklin, and Lafayette. But he also tells stories of unsung heroes and heroines of the Revolution—people you’ve never heard of but who made a difference through their courage, dedication, and leadership. A must-read for fans of history—and students of leadership.” John Swofford, former commissioner of the Atlantic Coast Conference “In Revolutionary Leadership, Pat Williams has captured the soul of the American Revolution and the essential principles of effec- tive leadership. Through stories of early American heroes and heroines, he makes the Revolutionary era come alive. Read this book and you’ll have a deeper understanding of what a divinely blessed miracle America truly is—and a deeper understanding of what it takes to be a leader in a time of crisis.” Rick Perry, 14th United States Secretary of Energy and 47th governor of Texas Pat Williams, Revolutionary Leadership Revell Books, a division of Baker Publishing Group, © 2021. We face deepening racial conflict, a fractured political system,W corruption in our government, run-amok social media that undermines our democracy, rises in teen suicide and bullying and violence, protests and riots in our streets, extremism in our media, radicalism on our campuses, threats from terrorists and hostile nations, and a skyrocketing national debt that threatens the global economy. I could go on, but you know as well as I do that much of American society appears to be coming apart at the seams. Who can deny that, at this critical moment in history, America needs leaders of strength and courage and uncompromising prin- ciples? Where can we find such leaders in this time of crisis? Only one place: Look in the mirror.
