Dated: 14.06.2018 Read:- From the Special Commissioner of Agriculture, A.P., Guntur, Lr.No.A5(1)167/2017, DT. 11/3/2017 & dt.22/5/2018 - OoO - ORDER:- In the circumstances reported by the Special Commissioner of Agriculture, A.P., Guntur in the reference read above, Government after careful examination, hereby accord permission to the Special Commissioner of Agriculture, A.P., Guntur to effect the following Inter Local Cadre Transfers on reciprocal basis under para 5(2)(d) of the Presidential Orders:- a) Sri K. Krishna AEO, Gr.II Prathipadu Mandal, Guntur District (Zone-III) is transferred to Tadimalla of Nidadvolu of Tanuku Sub Division of West Godavari (Zone.II) as AEO, Gr.II. b) Sri Shaik Nayab Rasool, AEO, Gr.II Tadimalla of Nidadvolu of Tanuku Sub Division of West Godavari (Zone.II) is transferred to Prathipadu Mandal, Guntur District (Zone III) as AEO, Gr.II. 2. The above transfers are subject to the following conditions :- i) The individuals shall forego their seniority in the cadre of Agricultural Extension Officer of Agriculture Department in the present unit ii) The individuals shall take last rank among the regular Agricultural Extension Officer in the new unit. iii) The individuals are not eligible for TTA/DA and Joining time. 3.
