Infratek awarded frame agreement with Vattenfall Infratek, with the business areas Local Infrastructure and Central Infrastructure, have been awarded a frame agreement with Vattenfall Eldistribution AB, for delivery of local network projects. The agreement implies that Infratek will deliver local network projects in Vattenfall areas Stockholm, Bergslagen, Uppland, Roslagen, South Eastern Götaland, North Eastern Götaland, South West Götaland and North West Götaland. Guaranteed volumes represent an estimated annual value of approx. NOK 70 million. Furthermore, the agreement gives Infratek opportunities for project deliveries within overheadlines and substation at Vattenfall's network in Svealand and Götaland. The contract duration is two years with effect from 1 January 2014, with a further one-year option. According to regulations the other tenders have the right to lodge complaints for three weeks. The contract cannot be signed prior to the expiration of this period and prior to the evaluation of any complaints.
