Position Description Within the Sustainability Department and reporting to the Executive Director of the Kering Foundation, the International Programme Manager will contribute to the implementation and growth of impactful partnerships: - Manage the grants with existing NGO & Social Entrepreneurs partners in Americas and Western Europe; - Ensure effective and appropriate technical monitoring and evaluation, dissemination and learning processes as well as building capacities with partners’ organizations; - Explore new partners and conduct initial reviews, co-design of new programmes according to the strategy of the Foundation; - Lead the grant process for the Social Entrepreneurs’ Awards every two years; - Maintain a proactive watch of Women’s Rights agenda and operators (organizations, funders, lawmaking, etc.) in particular in Americas and Europe; - Work closely with Kering Foundation Team on: o engaging the employees through skills transfer to the benefit of our partners (Employee Volunteering Programme); o facilitating the exchange and sharing of learning with internal and external audiences through proactive communications designed to raise the awareness of violence against women and of the work of the Foundation; - Undertake other responsibilities not outlined above which are commensurate with a role of this nature and which have been discussed and agreed with the Executive Director. Desired Qualifications & Skills - A Master's Degree in international development, global affairs or social and human sciences. - 7 to 10 years’ work experience in international development, global affairs or philanthropy, within a company or an organization / a foundation or an international donor, in France and abroad. - Experience on working with NGOs and Social Enterprises. - Expert knowledge of monitoring & evaluation - Timely, accurate and reliable reporting - Experience of grants management– field experience required. - Ideally with a substantial professional experience on women’s rights & gender / human rights – or demonstrated interest. - Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines while prioritizing and maintaining consistent attention to detail and follow-through - Relational intelligence: Ability to work and communicate with diverse and multicultural audiences and stakeholders, including private corporations, nonprofit organizations, activists, and community members. - Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English – Italian or Chinese is a plus. - Strong computer skills.
